Muneaki Fukuma, 35, a part-time worker from Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, pled guilty to breaking the law banning child prostitution and child pornography as his trial began at the Nara District Court.

Prosecutors told the court that during July and August last year, Fukuma paid two high school girls sums ranging from 23,000 yen to 40,000 yen to perform indecent acts on them in a hotel in Mie Prefecture. Prosecutors said Fukuma came in contact with the schoolgirls via an online matchmaking site.
