OITA — Police on Monday arrested a 34-year-old school teacher for peeping up a schoolgirl’s skirt in Tsukumi City, Oita Prefecture.

Ryuichiro Sawada, 34, was arrested on the spot for trying to peep up the 15-year-old girl’s skirt near Tsukumi station around 6:50 a.m. when she was going up the stairs. Police said they have been paroling the area since they received information that a man was looking up schoolgirls’ skirts near the station in the morning.

Sawada denies the allegations, police said.
