Social Insurance Agency worker arrested for schoolgirl prostitution
The Mainichi Shimbun A Social Insurance Agency worker who paid a high school girl for sex at a Tokyo hotel was arrested Thursday, law enforcers said. The 40-year-old worker, Kazutaka Kimura, a member of the agency's Sumida social insurance office, was arrested on suspicion of violating the law banning child prostitution. When questioned by police he reportedly said he had engaged in prostitution "with at least 10 people." Police specifically accuse Kimura of paying 50,000 yen to a 16-year-old high school girl for sex at a hotel in Tokyo's Ikebukuro district in February. "I was overcome by my desire to participate in obscene behavior with a high school girl," police quoted him as saying. (Mainichi) August 9, 2007 |
