December 6, 2003 (Saturday);  Seminar on Children's and Parental Rights in Japan: How Japan Supports International Abduction and Discriminates Against Foreign Parents; 14:00 - 17:00.  This seminar, co-sponsored by CRC Japan, United for a Multicultural Japan (UMJ) and JapanWithKids.org, will feature a presentation by David Brian Thomas, a founder of CRC Japan as well Yamila Castellanos, profiled here, who is currently fighting in Family Court for her daughter who was abducted from Cuba by her spouse.
