documentary. It includes a description of the major issues, demands to Japan, a call to boycott travel to Japan,

These letters are very similar, except the requests for action reflect state, national or
president specific wording or actions. For example: The local letter contains some, but not all national requests, and
the phrase "in our state" has been added in some cases also to the request.
The national letter does not contain any state requests, and asks for laws to be enacted to get things accomplished,
since this is mostly how they get things done.
