The Law for Prevention of Child Abuse promotes parental alienation and physical abuse of fathers

Article 2 clause 4 of the Law for Prevention of Child Abuse defines child abuse as including physical or mental aggression against the other parent only if the abused parent is living living with the child. Thus, if the custodial parent is physically or mentally aggressive against the non-custodial parent, it is not child abuse.  This is simply wrong, and allows the custodial parent the ability to abuse the non-custodial parent.

Since the mother is awarded custody in 80 percent of contested cases of child custody, article 2 clause 4 of the Law for Prevention of Child Abuse represents gender discrimination because it is de-facto support for a mother to physically abuse a father or alienate him from their child.
