Extradition Treaties between Japan and Other Countries

Please send us pointers to the treaty with you country and we will list it here.  Oddly, Japan's law of extradition claims that it only has bilateral treaties with the US and South Korea.  Yet Canada's Extradition Law says that Japan is an extradition partner.  Perhaps that means there is a multi-lateral treaty, but this is unclear.
