and submit it with annual membership dues of $50 or YEN 5,000.

You may mail completed membership application, along with
either a U.S. bank check, or an international postal 
money order ("kokusai yubin kawase", available at larger post
offices in Japan), in the amount of $50, made out to "CRN of
Japan", to the attention of:  TBD.
