She took the kids to Japan.  I got the $20,000 bond.  What a horrible deal.

My two sons been abducted and taken to Japan.  The family court let my ex-wife, Sachi Shimada, take them even even when we told them  that she had tried to take them before.  She had bought a plane tickets and passport for them without me knowing it at that time. We mentioned to the court of the high risk that she wont come back and the chances of getting the kids back here is nearly impossible, so they required a $20,000 bond.  But she still took them.  They put her name on the airport watch list and issued a restraining order stopping her from traveling.  But it was too little too late.  I got her money, and she got our kids.  What a horrible deal.

I have contacted a couple of local politician, police, legal aid, federal police and getting suggestions to try this place or that place. But there is little they can do now that she is back in Japan.

I tried to protect my kids but I feel that the family court put hand cuffs on me and now that these mistake has happened no one want to do something about it.  My two kids were born here in Australia, grew -up and went to school here. They are Australian kids and have been kidnapped and taken to Japan!!!!  Please help me bring my kids back home!!!

Sachi  Obiso took sons Anthony and brother Jorge to Japan, supposedly for their uncle’s wedding and were supposed to return on February 6, 2005. They didn't.  There is a court order requiring them to return by February 13, 2005.  Father George now has full legal custody and recovery orders have been issued for the children.
