under US federal law (warrants issued in September 2002) and felony
custodial interference under Utah state law (warrants issued in September
2002 as well). They are also wanted on Interpol Red Notices for crimes

Dear Mike and Chris:
I/We all hope you are well and safe. I/We love and miss
you here in Utah, Montana, Idaho, Wisconsin and California. Please keep in
mind that I have always tried to stay in touch with you and let you know that
we care about you. I/We hope to talk with you soon and spend some time on a
warm beach having some fun again as a father and sons. Keep your heads up and
remember that you have a natural, biological father who loves you very much.
