How To Bring an International Treaty Case to Justice

Amnesty International has a page on how to file Human Rights complaints.  This is a VERY educational page.

This page also gives some further references on how to file Human Rights complaints.

Note that not all treaties allow  individual complaints.  Those that do, often have an optional protocol or article that the country must sign to allow this.  (Japan has signed few if any of these.)  But some (at least one) allows NGOs to help monitor.  (Rights of the Child)  Read the the Amnesty International pages for good information on all this.

We will add more detailed information later if anything beyond the above linked Amnesty International page seems necessary.
