b) Case B: Japanese Mother Non-Japanese Father..

i) Mother gets custody of two children about 8 and 10 years old.

ii) Children will be educated in Japan.

iii)  Both children spend weekends (Sat and Sun) with father.

iv) About two times per week, father may accompany children to school.

v) Once, during either summer, winter or spring vacation, father may take children on vacation back to home country.

vi) Father pays 50,000 yen per month child support.  (This was accompanied by a one time alimony payment of 1,300,000 yen.)
